What to Expect

Your First Visit

Thank you for considering our hospital! We were established in 1979, making excellent pet care affordable in our community for over 37 years. Please come see why we have been voted "Best of Gwinnett" for 12 years. We are happy to meet you and give a tour of our facility.

Please help us keep your medical records current by bringing any previous medical history or adoption records for your pet. For the safety of you, your pet, and others we ask that you bring your pet on a leash or in a carrier. This will help with any "disagreements" or "escapees!"

At the time of your appointment, one of our Veterinary Technicians will escort you and your pet to an exam room. You will be asked some questions regarding your history and your visit, and the weight and temperature will be recorded for the Veterinarian.

When the Veterinarian comes in, they will ask questions regarding your pet, and answer any questions you have. They will perform a physical examination - checking they eyes, ears, mouth, body, and listening to your pet's heart. They will discuss with you the treatment plan for your pet, and offer advice for making sure your pet stays happy and healthy.

We appreciate the opportunity to care for your pets. Your confidence and referrals help us grow and help others, and continue to do the work we love.
